Tim Doyle, President & CEO
Tim Doyle, owner of Doyle Build, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He built his company on the foundation of integrity and experience. As a professional builder and developer, he has been involved in every aspect of the construction and development process. Tim’s professional experience also includes positions as Vice President and Project Executive of a multi-million dollar residential and commercial construction company.
Tim excels at bringing the best out of his crews and subcontractors. As a leader and a visionary, Tim has a broad base for understanding the ever-changing construction industry.
Tim’s extensive portfolio includes residential development, residential subdivisions, major hotel renovations and hotel conversions, retail development and construction, professional buildings, and restaurant construction and development. He holds Major Contractor Licenses in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Amy Doyle, Creative & Operations Director
As the Creative and Operations Director, Amy Doyle is responsible for building a strong culture based on creative excellence and achievement of strategic objectives that reinforce Doyle Build’s foundation of integrity, safety and expertise.
Amy has her advanced graduate degrees through Sacred Heart University and the University of Connecticut. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial design. Happy clients are always in every aspect of decision making where Amy aims to exceed client’s expectations. Her creativity and talents are grounded in passion, imagination and experience.
Cultivating curiosity and empowering our clients, she believes no vision is too big to become reality. Her portfolio consists of a broad spectrum of design projects from restaurant and boutique spaces, hotel conversions and residential projects. Her unrelenting passion for excellence, limitless imagination, and ability to meet clients’ project criteria makes every project rewarding and impactful.
Piper Doyle, Project Manager
As the Project Manager for Doyle Build, Piper works closely with our clients, sub contractors, trade professionals and Doyle Build Team in the planning and monitoring of our residential and commercial projects. Her role includes coordinating and managing schedules and briefing principles on the status of projects.
Piper is also the Lead on Doyle Build's Landscaping Department and maintains all schedules for our residential projects.
Piper's social media skills are essential to Doyle Build's customer and brand relationships. She works alongside our partnerships with national brands and monitors, executes and filters Doyle Build's social media presence across our social media networks.
Piper is excited to continue her academic career as a Husky at the University of Connecticut. She is majoring in Marketing at the School of Business with a minor in Communications.
Taylor J. Doyle, Director of Land Development
Taylor Doyle is responsible for Doyle Build development and engineering projects. Taylor directs and guides the development and engineering teams by ensuring all projects are meeting established client expectations and regulatory guidelines. He works collaboratively with Doyle Build’s construction team to ensure continuity through all phases of the project.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Rhode Island and Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland.
